We don't want that to happen to anyone but those things are beyond our control. It might be someones misfortune but can be your fortune. If money is not a problem then investing a property in Santa Cruz County is a good idea. There are a lot of properties that are foreclosed right now based on the Santa Cruz home sales report. Also most properties are facing decrease property values. Investing this type of properties will gain you a lot of profit in the long run by purchasing it in a very low price and selling it later when the economy and housing market recover.
